Today I have been doing some research on some domains to gather information and there are some things I have found that may be of interest to keep an eye on how things are.
First I went over to get more information on a millionaire dating website that I was looking up some who is information on this domain. This who is web tool feature above it a great tool that you can use to get ip information about a website domain.
I like to use this when I am thinking of purchasing a domain and I may want to start a millionaires singles website. The one above is not available, that is to say that the domain is not available.
Still it is interesting information because you can find out who owns any domain that you type into the search tool and when you find out who owns the domain then you are able to contact them if you would like to make an offer for their domain.
I also found more information on edatingmillionaires.com at yet another domain checking website. This one is called domaintools and it is a website that specializes in checking a website for crime information and sort of to verify that there are not scams going on at a particular website.
It provided me more information than the first website and even provided me with a link to a wiki article about edating millionaires as well at; http://www.aboutus.org/edatingmillionaires.com.
I fund both websites to be useful as I do delve sometimes into the domain after market and being able to look up this kind of information about a domain and a domain owner can be very valuable. Imagine purchasing a domain in the after domains auctions only to find out it has a bad reputation because of scamming or dis honest behavior from the previous domain owner!
That would not be good for business at all so these types of tools give valuable authority information and make me feel better about contacting potential domain owners.
I did go ahead and run one of my domains as well and you can see the info on that one in my next post as it will be interesting to find information about your own domains.
